Lists Are Easy To Loose

Jamie collapsed into a chair and groaned putting his head on the table. He was already partially lost and now he had lost the one thing that he needed to get all the things that he needed for school. "I wish Jack was here." He groaned to himself. "Were we allowed to have dogs....or cats?" he said seriously unsure. "Ugh today is just going all wrong." Jamie murmured to himself and drummed his fingers on the table trying to remember what was written on his lost list and how to obtain it in a timely fashion. Looking around he thought long and hard about the items, but they still seemed to be escaping his memory. "Oh it's no use." He said and figured that he'd just have to finish for Jack to finish her shopping and use her list.

Cori was not graceful. She was not graceful at all. In fact she was the antithesis of graceful. She was walking through the pub and off towards her family when she tripped and sprawled out across some guy's lap. She yelped and launched herself off of him. "Oh my god I am so sorry. Oh god. Oh good god. I am so sorry. So sorry." Her face went about ninety different shades of red. "I am sorry. I am so sorry." She wanted to run as far away as possible but she was more or less paralyzed in fear. Guys were bloody freaking terrifying. Minus her sister's best friend they all seemed obnoxious and rude from what she'd seen.

Jamie had been wallowing in his own self pity, when some girl had managed to fall straight into his lap and was apologizing rapidly. "Whoa...whoa! Slow down and get off of me!" He said pushing the girl off of him. He wasn't sure what was going on but he wasn't about to have some random girl all over him. "Who the hell are you?" He said said noticing her face her face was getting redder and redder by the second he laughed a little. "Oh so you're one of those girls?" He chuckled to himself teasing her when in fact he knew nothing about her. "It's nothing to be ashamed of sweetheart, I'm just not one of those guys." He laughed and winked at her.

Cori's eyes narrowed. 'One of those girls'? What was that supposed to mean? Was he insinuating that she was coming onto him? She was eleven years old! She barely even understood what he was insinuating let alone doing what he thought she was doing. She went from flushed embarrassment to anger. "You pig. I wasn't trying to...to....touch you! I'm sorry, but not really." She wound her arm back pretty decently far and swung it as hard as she possibly could. She was extremely proud of herself when she heard an extremely loud crack of contact from her open palm smacking him across the face. Cori glared again. "You...you...arse!" Cori was never one to even think of swearing, but now was as good a time as any. She hurried off huffing angrily.

Jamie yelped in pain. "Ow! Dang! Hold up!" He said. He knew that it was a pretty dick move, but her was just having a bit of fun. "Hey hey hey! No need to get so violent!" He said holding his cheek. "I was only joking around. Maybe you can help me out and we can both forget this little incident." He said raising an eyebrow at the girl curiously. "You look like you're going to Beauxbatons, right? Well me too. Problem is I've lost my list of supplies I needed I buy, so do you know what they are?" He asked looking at her running a hand through his signature blonde hair. He didn't that she would really take the whole inciden that had happened before to heart, he was like that to everyone, his brother had explained a lot of the stuff of him early so he was pretty much an expert, but it didn't occur to him that other were clueless about these things.
