The Long Forgotten Room

You've tapped the pegasus statue in the garden, maybe on purpose or accidentally, with your wand and suddenly a small staircase leading down appears in the floor. Curiosity has gotten the best of you so you follow the dusty stairs down in a spiral until you reach the bottom. There you find a dusty and cobweb filled room, you notice it looks a lot like your house common only much more neglected. There is a second pegasus statue in the middle of the room and behind that a lit fireplace with dusty sofas around the rest of the room. It seemed odd to have a lit fireplace in a room that obviously gets very little use, you can feel heat coming from it but notice that instead of logs burning there its a stack of folded pieces of parchment. Around the room there are some plants but they are mostly brown and wilted unlike the vibrant green ones just upstairs in the garden. This place has many names now such as; The Secret Common Room, The Long Forgotten Room, and The Room of the Pegasus.
