New Place

Charlotte walked into the Pub known as La Petit Dragon it looked rather odd to her , she had never seen anything quite like this.Everywhere she looked there was a self cleaning class or a strange man or women with a wooden stick. This is defiantly different to the Leaky Cauldron she thought. Charlotte was recently going to attend Hogwarts but instead her mother insisted she went to Beauxtons so she could be different and show anyone can attend that Glorious school. She sat down on one of their many shiny tables which reflected the decorative art work on show .

Osmund hated school shopping, but after a growth spurt, he had tried on his school uniform and found that the cuffs of the sleeves didn't make it to his wrists, let alone cover them, and his pants showed off his ankles. He was in need of some new robes.

However, the bloody entrance to Amethyst alley and the robe shop was located in La Petit Dragon and he was forced to pass through, where he knew from previous experience that a lot of incoming first years would be. He rolled his eyes at the noise and excitement that came from the shorter folk and grunted as he scowled when he found a short blond girl was standing in his way. "Hey, are you just going to stand there catching flies with your mouth or...?" He broke off, feeling that he didn't need to finish what he was going to say to get her to budge.

Charlotte kept looking around jumped slightly and the sound of someone behind her.
"I'm sorry , i didn't meant to stand in your way" she said quietly noticing that he was many years older then her. She moved out of the way so he could go past but then a thought came to her mind "Could i ask you something please?" she said rather timidly looking down not wanting to look at the boy in the face.

The older boy brushed passed the girl, with her being now moved out of his path and that was that to him. He wasn't there to babysit. He was there to get a few books, some more potion ingredients and get fitted for new robes. However, the girl seemed to think otherwise.

Turning around to face her, the boy rose his eyebrows in disinterest. Nonetheless, there was no use in actually fighting a first year and that was completely beneath him, so he succumbed. "What is it?" He replied, coldly, and folded his arms across chest. If she had the guts to ask after that, he would give the answer to her.

she rolled her eyes still looking down how rude she thought, she took a deep in-take of breath and looked up at him wit confidence.
"I need help finding Amethyst Alley, I am not from around here i recently moved from Wales" she looked at him in the eye "So if you would be ever so kind as to lead me in the direction it would much be appreciated"

Osmund gave the girl a look that asked her to impress him and honestly he was quickly disappointed. If there were any doubts in his mind that the girl was not a noob, they were now confirmed. He sighed and then rose an arm and pointed a finger in the direction where the door was in the back. "Just through there," He said, not exactly nastily, but neither friendly. "Don't you have anyone to go with you?" Not that he cared but she was awfully young to be walking on her own and Osmund remembered his first time going school shopping. Helena insisted on coming with him and he had to be stealthy and clever to have gotten away from her watch. That was when she used to care about him. "You're not..." He sort of scowled, like he was presented with something of a disgusting odor. "Muggleborn? Are you?"

Charlotte Kept looking at the boy and followed his arm which pointed the direction. she looked back at the boy "Thanks" she said simply. Charlotte raised her eyebrow and looked at the boy curiously why would he want to know if i am on my own? she gave a quick nod "Yeah I'm on my own". Although when she heard the term muggle-born she felt a bit disgusted why would he want to know if she was muggle-born or not it was non of his business. Charlotte placed her hands on her hips and looked at the boy "No I'm not a muggle-born I'm a Pure-blood" How odd she thought even if i was muggle-born wait he must be one of those pure-blood families were muggle-borns disgust them she thought. She also indicated by the tone of his voice that he didn't really want to go around with her at all , Although she thought this might be a good idea to see how he reacts.

"Right," Osmund replied, in a casual tone. He wasn't skeptical or anything and just trusted her word. What was the point about lying about one's status? He eased up some and continued on as if nothing had happened. He still found her case a bit peculiar, but the way in which she answered the question of blood status gave him the vibe that she wasn't interested in playing a game of twenty questions. Neither did he, in the reverse, and honestly he didn't know why he cared so. Probably he was just bored out of his mind. School shopping was always the worst. "Carry on, then," He finished and then did so himself.

She nodded at the boy "See you around" she then walked off into Amethyst Alley wondering if anyone else would be like that towards her? because if they were she would NOT stand for it. Charlotte kept looking back at the boy thinking it was still strange the way he acted towards certain people....Maybe there all like that? she thought
