Plotters as Applications?

What if instead of an application thread (or maybe we can do this additionally), we did a plotter as our application, and once it was approved, maybe turning it in to a thread tracker or letting other users reply to it for threads?

I think it would just be easier to find information about characters that way and it could help keep it really clean to have a directory of sorts per character. So when we advance to the next term, we can just update it with types of threads we're looking for. I know we're sort of limited with Forumotion, so we don't have Jcink's special codes' capability, but it honestly wouldn't need to be anything fancy.

Do you guys have any thoughts? I know it's just the three of us, but I wasn't sure how else to reach everyone.
