Fun-loving and prone to offering free samples to young children, Ms. Plunkett aims to brighten anybody's day. Though let the buyer beware for among all the popular candies are candies she created herself, exhibiting audacious flavors, like her infamous spicy spinach-mustard clusters and her toe-jam jammie dodgers.
