Cerisier vs. Montagnard; round III Empty Cerisier vs. Montagnard; round III

Post by Professor Bowen Fri Dec 20, 2013 4:16 pm

The snow was finally all melted and when the sun came out now it actually warmed everything instead of just making things brighter. This was Professor Bowen's favorite time of the season because now all of the students were excited to see who would take home the house quidditch cup for that year. This season was especially exciting since the first game ended in a tie and now Cerisier had to win to get the cup or Montagnard had to win to split the tittle. Not only was there the question of that but it was also both teams captains' last year so both teams really wanted to win this for their long beloved captains.

When Professor Bowen finally made it to the pitch she saw that once again her beautiful pitch had been tampered with, only this time it made her smile a bit. On the Cerisier side 'D'ANGELO' was printed in large green letters outlined in blue, and on the Montagnard side 'HOLLOW' was printed in large red letters outlined in purple. It also looked like the endzone areas of an American football field. And if that wasn't enough on the side that usually housed Cerisier's cheering fans there was a large banner draped over the edge of the stands with Captain D'Angelo's face printed on it and a similar one on the other side with Captain Hollow's face on it.

When the stands started filling and the teams came out the professor watched their faces wanting to see who seemed surprised and who didn't to maybe find the culprit. Once it was time to start she started her normal speech. "Welcome to the last quidditch game of the year. As I'm sure you all know this is Captain Hollow and Captain D'Angelo's last year here so let's give them a great game. Next year's captain's have been voted for and chosen. It seems Cerisier loved their D'Angelo so much they want to keep it in the family, next years captain for Cerisier will be Quentin D'Angelo! And next years Montagnard captain will be Marie-Laure Sylvian! Now captain's shake hands and let the game begin." She said before blowing her whistle and tossing the balls in the air.

The last match of the year and Montagnard had no hope of winning outright. Either they shared or they lost. All that work into scoring highly in the first game gone to waste. This game they had to win or they would be one worse than sharing the overall win. They'd have lost.

Her eyes widened and the grip on her broom tightened as she heard the long awaited announcement upon who next year's captains would be. She wasn't so surprised she was to replace Osmund Hollow. She believe anyone else left on the team could do as good a job as herself. It was the Cerisier choice which took her by surprise. They thought Quentin D'Angelo would make a good captain? She wasn't going to kid herself into believing that meant Montagnard would win every game but she did wonder just how hard the Cerisier as a whole would work with someone as lazy as him at the helm.

Right now though was not the time to speculate about next year. Right now they had their captain and Marie-Laure believed him to be a perfectly good captain. She respected the older student simply because he didn't try pandering the team or giving out complements willy-nilly. She was up at the blow of the whistle and determined to be the first with their hands on the quaffle. She caught it deftly and passed it off to one of the other Montagnard chasers.

Payton congratulated Marie-Laure on getting the captain position, she deserved it. Hopefully Payton didn't make a fool out of himself this game, but anything could happen. He didn't have much confidence in himself, he hadn't caught the snitch at all this year after all. But, he put a smile on anyways. He always thought that Marie-Laure didn't really like him all too much, but he never asked. They hadn't talked for him to bring it up and he was sure it was just his imagination messing with him. "Good job," he said to the younger girl, a smile on his face. "I'm sure you'll be great."

Once in the air, Payton's mind was on the game. He wanted the snitch badly to show that he wasn't a complete failure at the game like some people thought. So what if he hadn't caught the snitch lately? It was all about skill and chance, whoever got the snitch go it and that's all there was to it. He didn't think it was all about being better or whatever, it was all about who had the odds in their favor. It was sort of like a game of chance really, anything could happen.

The game had begun and players wasted no time to get started. This game was going to be intense because the outcome really mattered this game. He hoped the odds were in Montagnard's favor as Cerisier scored the first points.

Stephie had caught the snitch in the first two games. Now she felt the pressure to perform again. Could she catch the snitch a third time and perhaps guarantee Cerisier's clear win or would Payton Johnson show that he really was the better seeker? She shot a nervous look toward the Montagnard seeker as she tried to see if he was looking much more confident than she felt herself.

Who the new captains would be next year didn't hold much interest for her in the present. She almost wished she didn't know until she returned to Beauxbatons for her third year at the school. Instead she was stuck with knowing and worrying all summer about what her captain's cousin will be like. Would he yell at her more about catching the snitch?

She was up in the air soon enough and waiting to see when the golden snitch would put in an appearance. Where would it come from? Any scoring down below she ignored. Just like she did the decorating of the pitch depicting the two teams.

Osmund thought he was seeing things when he stepped out on the pitch. It wasn't unusual for the members of either house to show incredible house spirit at quidditch games, but he never expected to see the display that was set up as a farewell address to the captains. He was almost touched before he noticed the image of his face blown up. It was a rather unflattering picture of him.

His own concerns put aside, there was the matter of the captain to be his successor in the following year. He turned to the chaser that was selected and shook her hand. "Congratulations. You have the shittiest, most stressful job on the team. Don't you dare be soft on these kids next year or I will come back and personally rant at you for not upholding my will," Osmund told her. Then he smiled softly and patted her on the shoulder. "You were chosen for a reason. Good luck, next year." He headed over to Chris to shake his hand, as was custom, and then the last game of the last match of quidditch Oz would ever play in school began.

They started out rough, already losing two goals to Cerisier, and Osmund was displeased. He would've liked to have ended on a good note, but knew just as well that Chris wanted the same ending to his quidditch experience. Nonetheless, friends with Chris or not, he wasn't just going to give up like that and let Cerisier win.

Quentin was filled with pride upon seeing how the pitch was decorated. He loved his cousin dearly and was crestfallen every time he was reminded how Chris was going to graduate and then he wouldn't be able to see him everyday. Because of that, he wanted to do his best to make sure Chris left the school with a bang. Him discovering he was to be the next captain filled him with a sense of unworthiness, and looking towards Marie-Laure, who was to be Montagnard's, he could visibly see she agreed. His brow furrowed. Someone clearly thought he was up for the task, so he'd just have to prove her wrong.

They were gathering points fast, between him and the other chasers, which made Quinn grin. Yes, he was an excellent chaser and didn't care if Marie-Laure looked absolutely confused upon hearing him announced as the next captain. He wasn't trying to impress her, he wanted to impress Chris, after all.

Caleb was super excited for this game, not only was it the captains' last game, the outcome of the game was very important. After tying the first game and Cerisier winning the first game, there was tension between the teams and they'd be playing their best. "Hello, students! It's the last game of the year and it's a very exciting one."

"Seeker Johnson hasn't caught the snitch all year, maybe the new seeker will get it once again." Caleb pulled a piece of gum from his pocket and stuck it into his mouth. "The odds are against Montagnard in this game, let's hope their chasers can outscore Cerisier if Johnson doesn't catch that snitch." He wasn't going to say it out loud, but he thought Payton wasn't going to catch the snitch and Cerisier was going to win. "Good luck to both teams!"

Post by Linette Puchard Sat Dec 21, 2013 5:45 pm

It was her very last game and Linette had plans for this one. She smirked as she waited and listened to Professor Bowen's speech. It was interesting to hear who the two new Captains would be, neither of whom Linette really knew despite the fact that one was the cousin of her boyfriend. She leaned forward as she watched down below at all the hand shaking and the decorations. Oh yes this game was going to be epic.

"Hello everyone and here I am to add to young Miller's commentary. I'm the spicier commentator of the pair of us. Shall we begin this road down to the end for our dear captains and may I say that Captain D'Angleo is looking particularly handsome today? To whoever did the images I must say he's looking good and Captain Hollow's scowl was very well captured." This game was bound to be fun with her words added in to make the game more interesting."

Linette let Caleb go off on his less inspiring spiel. It was such a shame he and Rene had not learnt from her. Well it was time enough. "Yes. Johnson hasn't done well at all this year. Young Henrau is certainly proving to be a much better seeker than the one they had last year and, dare I say, better than Louise Purchard ever was." Not quite true considering the first time Johnson had ended up out of the game and in the second the snitch practically flew into Henrau's hand but Linette wasn't into facts. She was into digs. Preferably at Montagnard.

"Hollow seems to approve of his replacement but I'm not so sure if she's such a good choice. Look at how the chaser she threw the quaffle to seemed to fail to make the first goal. Instead it went to Cerisier and their fine chasers. Let's hope that whoever replaces Christian is as good a chaser as he is. Yet again Cerisier scores another goal. Those chasers certainly are doing well today. Montagnard has scored their first goal at last. Not that it'll do them much good unless they take out the seeker. Of course if Osmund tried to do that he'd probably end up taking out Johnson instead of Henrau." She smirked at the dig she made about the one time he had taken out his own keeper a few years back.

Sometimes Osmund felt like it was more like him against the announcer rather than him against Cerisier. He rolled his eyes at the mere comment of his scowl in the unflattering picture of himself blown up on the pitch. Feeling that it wasn't too much of a hit on his ego, he let it slide without showing that it bothered him any and let Linette's words about the new Cerisier seeker play as background noise as he focused on more important things.

He took out one of Cerisiers beaters before he heard her daring comment about how he'll probably end up hitting his own seeker. It happened terms ago that he had accidentally targeted his own keeper and it had been entirely a mistake. Osmund had considered bludgering Linette before, but often thought better of it. However, being that it was his last game and how he was no longer threatened by revoking his captain status or position on the team, Osmund really hadn't anything to lose. He'd might get detention, but he'd still graduate. With that thought in mind, he sent what he thought Linette always deserved on it's way to the announcer's box, doing his best to make it look like an accident. "You shouldn't have been provoking me when I was trying to aim," Osmund muttered beneath his breath.

Osmund Hollow certainly made Captaincy sound like it was the worst thing which could ever happen to her. Marie-Laure knew there was worse and she believed strongly in her ability to lead the team next year. Softness with a responsibility like captaining the Montagnard Quidditch Team did not exist within her personality. She would take it seriously.

Marie-Laure threw a scowl in the direction of the announcers box. Now there was someone she'd be glad to see the back of. At least she had nothing to worry about from the other two. They knew how to announce a game. There was no need for nasty teasing. Just sticking to the facts. The chaser almost cheered when her Captain's bludger headed for the box instead of a member of the Cerisier team. Hopefully that would silence Puchard for a while.

The scores were not going well and Marie-Laure could only hope Johnson would be a better seeker this game than he had been the other two. Otherwise he could find next year extremely uncomfortable. Marie-Laure would see to that. She was sure Osmund had done his best but it clearly wasn't enough. Marie-Laure then did a self examination and decided maybe she should also be harder on herself and her fellow chasers since, other than the first game of the year, their scoring was dismal. Had they gotten too certain self-assured? Well then. Now was the time to put that to rest and do better. She gritted her teeth and went in for the quaffle, stolen from one of the Cerisier chasers. Finally the scores were even and all they needed now was to pull themselves ahead of Cerisier like they'd done in the first match.

Payton was disappointed on how the game was going, Montagnard was behind. He put a small smile on his face and began to shout words of encouragement, maybe it would help Montagnard perform better. Lately he was a better cheerleader than a seeker, but that didn't stop him from trying. He went back to searching for the snitch, he was determined to get the snitch. He wanted to prove he still had the skills to be a good seeker, but he seemed to be slipping. It wasn't that he wasn't trying, he really was, he was just off his game. Did people really think he wasn't trying?

Payton saw a flash of gold and began to chase it, but it soon left his site. "Fuck," he muttered, a frown had formed on his face. He was sure to get yelled at if he didn't catch the snitch this game, he had already let it slip from his view. At least now the teams were tied and Montagnard wasn't behind anymore.

Quinn was proud of his own performance, and the rest of the team's for that matter, this term. Even though the first game had ended in a tie, they had still done their best and had proved that Cerisier was an excellent team. It brought a smile to Quinn's face knowing that he was a part of it and would be the next captain for their team. He was almost excited for starting next year, but knew he'd have to be patient and would want to study up this summer. He was going to prove to Marie-Laure who the better captain would be by winning games next year.

But that was next year and this was now and now he would have to help obtain a victory for Cerisier this game or else settle with a shared win with Montagnard. It was no big deal though, as him and the other chasers were quickly gathering up goals. They even had a lead for quite awhile. until Montagnard sneakily caught up. It was still anyone's game though.

Cerisier vs. Montagnard; round III Empty Re: Cerisier vs. Montagnard; round III

Post by Guest Thu Dec 26, 2013 10:36 pm

Charon blinked awake early the morning of a game every single time. Today however was different. A championship game terrified him even more than normal games considering being the keeper put most the regulating of the pace of the game on his bony shoulders. He went for a run, but found himself feeling sick from the lack of sleep. So, he had to cut that from his morning ritual. He went to get some breakfast in an effort to curb his nerves and to wake him up a little. He got himself a clementine and glass of water. He spent a few minutes staring at the little orange sphere. His eyes drooped shut and next thing he knew he was in the air alone. He was in the pitch which was decorated in the shade of blue from Quinn's hair. There was a packed stadium chanting Quinn's name. On the offbeats they'd yell captain. Charon's face fell. Quinn was captain. Of course Quinn was captain everyone loved themselves a D'Angelo. Charon was just a skinny little animal lover who happened to know how to get hit by a big round plastic ball and feel fine. Quinn was a chaser. He was talented. He was rich. He was handsome and popular, so of course he'd won the team's vote, hell, even Charon himself had voted for his dorm mate and closest guy friend. Charon couldn't hear anything except the crowd's screams. Then, if it couldn't get worse, the Montagnard chasers came out. They began to throw quaffle's not at the net, but at Charon, until finally one hit him off his broom. Charon's eyes widened as he began to fall and fall and fall until he was a second away from the D'Angelo blue grass...Charon gasped waking up with his face on the Cerisier table in the Grand Hall and quickly looked around. No one had heard his little gasp. "Thank Merlin.." Charon muttered to himself. There weren't many people in the hall yet, but still it would've been awkward if someone woke him. Charon stood, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. He picked up his clementine and tossed it into the trash. He decided to go for a run again and found that this time he was able to get a rhythm going. After his jog he took a quick cold shower to make sure he was awake and hurried to the quidditch changing room.

Finally, it was time for the players to take the field and Charon did so. He was nervous, but wanted to win for Christian. He nodded when it was announced Quinn would replace his cousin. He clapped albeit looking very dejected. The game had started how he'd hoped - with a Cerisier lead. Soon though Montagnard had answered back and Cerisier was only up by a score. "Focus, god damn it." Charon muttered to himself. He wanted this win today so badly. He wanted it for himself. However, Charon most of all wanted it for Cerisier.

"WATCH OUT CALEB," Linette shouted.  "INCOMING."  She ducked to avoid the bludger Osmund had accidentally hit her way.  "Okay.  I was wrong.  It wasn't the Montagnards who had to worry.  It was the announcers.  Boy Osmund your aim must be really bad to have a bludger head this way." There was not the remotest possibility that it could be deliberate.  Osmund didn't take out his temper on her in violent ways.  It was always growling and lying about what he was doing.

"By the way folks I forgot to mention that Cerisier was at that point twenty points ahead of Montagnard.  Such superior chasers on the team and D'Angelo the Younger is bound to be as good a captain as his older cousin.  What a shame I won't be here to see it."  Saying those words reminded her again of how uncomfortably close graduation was.  Therefore she really did have to make the most of this game.  Maybe start complementing Osmund?  That's really throw him off his game. "Look at the scores.  Montagnard has begun to catch up.  Now the teams are 40 all.  Oh dear.  Cerisier has gotten ahead again.  You know Osmund you're doing great as captain.  I hope that chaser of yours is half as good as you."  There. Done.  Her first complement directed at the opposition for the entire match.  (After all as a Cerisier, she had to consider Montagnard the opposition even if she was only the announcer).

Damn it. Cerisier had gotten ahead again. Then came the voice of that annoying announcer who clearly could not count. "IT'S TEN POINTS AHEAD," she yelled before managing to get another goal. Even again but how much longer for? Long enough for Johnson to catch the snitch? Boy did she hope so. Marie-Laure wasn't ready for them to admit defeat. That would not happen unless that Cerisier seeker could make three miracles in a row happen.

The game was ongoing and she snapped out a growl when the Cerisiers got ahead by one goal again. That could not be allowed to happen. "Johnson," she shouted, "if you don't want next year to be painful I'd suggest catching that snitch now!" And she meant it. Marie-Laure never issued a threat willy nilly. His life was going to be one of great difficulty next year if he did not perform this year. She caught the quaffle from one of her fellow chasers and scored again. Even. Always either behind or even with the Cerisiers except for that one game.

Christian walked out onto the pitch for his final time hoping he would leave this place on a good note. Aside from the few friends he had somehow been able to keep ahold of over the years, quidditch was the only thing he had always had. He would be sad to leave the pitch today even if they did pull out a win but he wasn't going to let that show and bring his team's spirits down. If he couldn't garuntee a win he could at least garuntee that he would be the best captain he could be and keep his team motivated. When he first recieved the position as captain he was positive that he didn't deserve it and at time he still believed that, but most of the time he thought he did an alright job. He couldn't help but smirking when he saw the decorations the students had put up on the field with captain's pictures plastered on the walls and their names written in the grass. Beauxbatons sure had plenty of house spirit and they knew how to say goodbye to their beloved captains.

He was pleased to hear that his little cousin had been elected as the next in line but he also feared what the stress of the job would do to his delicate natured cousin. "Congrats Quinn, you really deserve it kid." He said with a kind smile before going to shake hands with Osmund. "Good luck." He said quietly before walking back to his team. He wanted his mate to win his last game because it was important but he would be lying if he said he didn't want to win as well.

When the whistle was blown everyone was in the air and ready to play. Cerisier scored two goals back to back in the first few minutes followed by a goal from Montagnard. Christian swerved a bludger, that seemed to have been aimed directly at his best arm, and took off after the quaffle. He shot a look up to the announcer's box with a tiny smirk at Linette's comments that filled the stadium. He had to admit that he liked it better when she was announcing, the others weren't as engaging, though he kind of wished she would find other to pick on besides just the captain opposite him. That wasn't what was important now though and he took off after the quaffle once more scoring again shortly afterward. And the scores continued going up on both sides. Christian was so worried about getting the score up that he barely even noticed his best mate attempting to injure his girlfriend and suddenly her complimenting him.

Paige would be sad to see their beloved captain graduate and leave, it wasn't that she disliked Marie-Laure as captain because she really liked her dormmate. Heck he didn't even know how the girl planned to run the team, if she was going to be like Osmund or completely different. That wasn't what was most important right now and she was sure next year would be fine but this year was still in question, they had to win this game to tie with Cerisier.

The young blonde loved the decorations on the pitch, she didn't even care that Linette said Osmund's was no good she thought it was a good picture and it moved which was always cool to the young girl. She was going to win for him or at least try her best to and show him that he had taught her well, if they couldn't win at least he would know the new beater would have a good role model, not as good as he had been but close enough. The score was going back and forth for awhile and Cerisier pulled ahead by one more even though Paige had hit one of them, that one simply wouldn't slow down though.

The game was getting good, the teams were neck and neck. it seemed that Montagnard's keeper wasn't doing her job very well because Cerisier kept scoring tons of points and was ahead of Montagnard the whole game. "Wake up, Montoya, Cerisier keeps scoring cause you're not guarding!" That was a mean remark for Caleb and he naturally felt bad but didn't apologize for his mean behavior. It was the final game after all and a lot was at stake.

When the bludger came towards the announcer box, Caleb immediately ducked. He did not want to get hit with the flying ball. Once all that was done with, he sat back in his chair, a frown plastered on his face. "Nice aim, Hollow," he said with a hint of attitude.

Stephie paid no attention at all to what was going on with the scores and mild attention to searching for the snitch. It was hard to concentrate when a small golden object refused to show itself and thus she kept falling into daydreams. Thankfully that did not include falling off her broom. It must have been by instinct that her body managed to keep her balanced on the broom whilst her mind slipped away from the game and into the clouds.

A fluttering nearby caught her attention and Stephie gasped. Was that it? It was. She glanced around for the position of the Montagnard seeker and then flew off after the snitch. This time no-one could say it was luck or that she was the only seeker in the air. This time she would catch it via a skill she'd previously been unaware of possessing. The second year finally thought she was close enough and reached out to grab it. A smile threatened to split her face as she held her hand with the snitch inside high in the air. She'd done it! Cerisier didn't come a draw. It came first and she'd been the one to make sure that was the case.

As Annaliese reached the pitch she smirked as she saw the face of the Montagnard captain, draped across their side. Oz wasn't one who liked much attention, so she hoped it wouldn't throw him off too terribly bad. She immediately took flight in the air and placed herself at the front of the goals. This was the last game, and in order to tie with Cerisier, they had to make this game count. She heard Professor Bowen call out the new captain and nodded her head in approval. Marie-Laure was going to make a good captain. She hoped this game would be easier than it usually was...but that was all left up to fate now.

She let out a sigh of relief as the Montagnard team took the lead. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad, but knowing that the D'Angelo Captain was fierce and liked to win, it wouldn't be a piece of cake. As the game progressed she found it harder to keep the chasers from scoring. She found she knocked one of their shots away another scored. Shaking her head she let out a groan of frustration. They couldn't loose! It had to be a tie, it just had to be!

This game was fierce everyone was playing their best and wanted to win the game, some for themselves and other wanted the win more for their captain. Even though it was obvious Christian got the most attention when it came to quidditch captains, it was clear that Oz had people that were equally as loyal to him. Each team scored points back and forth the entire time until finally Cerisier started to pull ahead a bit more. Things were looking up but Christian knew that three goals wasn't enough of a lead if they didn't stay on their toes and Stephanie didn't catch that snitch soon.

He paused a moment to see if he could spot the young girl and saw that she was flying around much like she was the entire game. He went pulled his attention away and caught the quaffle his cousin threw his way and started towards the goal post. Right before he was to throw it through the hoop the whistle sounded and the game was over. The side of the field with his face draped over the edge exploded in cheers and Christian cheered and happily praised his whole team. "Great work guys. You are gonna be amazing next year."

"MAKES NO DIFFERENCE SYLVIAN.  THEY'RE STILL AHEAD."  Players could be so sensitive over a simple miscalculation.  "Sounds like the Montagnard Seeker may be in for a very difficult time next year if he fails to catch that snitch.  Captain Hollow must be pleased that someone as cranky as him will take over Captaincy next year.  Would you look at those even scores.  Oops spoke too soon.  Cerisier really are showing that the first game was just a bad day."

She grinned at the way Caleb snapped at the Montagnard keeper.  Maybe there was hope for him yet.  Even if it was only at criticising the bad plays of the team representing his house it was better than being inanely nice to everyone in a Quidditch match.  That was different to every day conduct.

"Hey.  I think Henrau has seen something.  Is it a butterfly?  No.  Not at all.  Well what do you know?  She is a real seeker and not just a two time fluke.  And that's it everyone.  My last game.  The last game for Captains Hollow and D'Angelo too.  Such a shame for Captain Hollow as the season ends with Cerisier the over all winners.  This match ended in 70 to Montagnard and 250 to Cerisier.  Well done everyone and may the future Captains D'Angelo and Sylvian do as well as D'Angelo and Hollow did in leading their teams.  Good luck."  All in all it had been a satisfying end to her career as a Beauxbatons Quidditch announcer and Linette was really going to miss it.

Linette switched off the mic and turned to her co-announcer.  "Caleb I leave it all to you and Rene.  May the pair of you continue to improve in imparting information to all the spectators."

Annaliese felt the pressure on her, the other team had one and it was because of two thinga, the fact that she could not for the life of herself block the goals being made by the opposing team, and that Payton had not caught the snitch. She flew down to the ground, feeling disappointed as ever. She sighed and looked to see how Oz was taking the loss of his last game, and surprisingly he did not look too upse yt?...more distant than anything. She could not really blame him. It had been a pretty hard year for him..in the sense of loosing everything dear to h, she felt for him, she knew that it hury...and she knew the struggle to keep that straight face. She just tried to put on a brave smiled and shook hands with the opposite team. An extraordinary game called for extraordinary things.

Paige watched as he beloved captain hit a bludger straight up at the announcers box in shock. Surely he knew that was against the rules but simply didn't care anymore. Did that also mean that he had no hope of them winning this game, or did he simply not care at all, he hoped neither of those were true. She was determined to make him see they could still be amazing and make him proud. She found the other bludger, the one not headed for Caleb and Linette, and hit it as hard as she could straight towards the opposing captain. Perhaps he wouldn't remember his final match if she did her job right. Somehow the bloody teen missed the bludger and went right on to score.

Just as she was aiming to hit another one his way the whistle blew signalling the end of the game. She turned around to find the small girl from Cerisier with the snitch and he face fell. Of course she didn't blame Payton for not catching the snitch first, that little guy was hard to find especially with all the commotion from everyone else. So ended the final game of her fourth year at Beauxbatons.

Charon's heart was beating as he stayed in guard. At first he hadn't even seen their seeker Stephanie catch the snitch he was preoccupied by watching the Montagnard chasers fly around, but then he heard the cheers and his blood rushed faster. The game was over he could feel it. Then he looked over and saw that it was the Cerisier seeker flying high and proud. He pumped his fist straight into the air letting a bright smile dance on his lips. The first thing he did was fly over to his Captain Christian and offer his hand. "We'll miss you." He said earnestly before doing another circle around the pitch. Finally Cerisier got a chance to party.
