Though Percy had plenty of muggle toys and wonders to entertain the club with another meeting of "Guess what this is called and what it does," she decided to take the meeting for a different routine. She sent out memos via the very wizard like mailing system of owls (rather than text messages, emails, or anything else her gaggle of muggle friends would usually do) to tell members to meet her out on the grounds, where Percy had already set up the game. She vaguely knew the basics of Quidditch, but flying was definitely not her strong suit and besides that, Percy wasn't familiar with any other sporting game that wizards had. She supposed capture the flag might as well have been a game for wizards, but they were going to play it muggle style.

"Drop your wands off here and empty your pockets of any wizard gadgets, pranks, or doo-hickeys that you might have," She ordered, placing down a box. Anything that would give any players an advantage that any muggle wouldn't have was strictly forbidden in the game. "I suppose you are wondering why I called all of you here. Well, today we are going to play a muggle game! Capture the flag!" She looked around to see what everyone's response was to the announcement.

Caleb didn't like the outdoors much, he rather stay in and play with his cat. But when it was called for, he would find himself outside. This was one of those times. The sun was one of Caleb's enemies and it seemed to be shinning bright to get back at Caleb for hating it. Caleb also didn't like sports much, but his brother did and so did his family, so he knew a few things. Not many things though. Caleb looked around at the other members of the club, hoping someone else would answer the girl's question.

Caleb did what he was told and put his wand into the box. His pockers were empty this year because of his lack of candy. His lack of candy made him sad but his pockets were lighter now. Caleb had heard of the game before, but he had never played it. He didn't know the rules either. "I've heard of that," he spoke up. "But I don't know the rules."

Fiona had looked forward to this club ever since she first found out about its existence. It was made even better by the fact her cousin was also in the club. She'd expected the meeting would be in the meeting room but the owl she received otherwise. Well if there was one thing she was good at, it was adapting to changes. (Bedrooms did not count).

The first year turned up at the appointed day and time on the grounds curious as to what they would be appreciating about Muggles on the school grounds. She dropped her wand in the box and reluctantly reached into her pocket to pull out the prank coin she'd had in there waiting for the right moment to use it.

"You have?" she asked Caleb in surprise. "I've never heard of it." Now this was even more exciting. That was except for one thing. "Does this require running and stuff? I'm not very good at that so perhaps I should just watch."

As people filed in for the meeting, Percy took command and accepted everyone's wand and magical trinkets and even added her own to the stockpile to make things fair. Once she was pleased with the collection, she closed the box and placed it on the ground and stood on top of it. After announcing the name of the game, she seemed to have received mixed answers of whether or not people recognized it.

"That's fine!" She said, to the boy who claimed he didn't know the rules. "And that is also fine," She noted, for the girl who was new to the club and hadn't an idea what the game was. "It's not running. It's playing!" She replied. Nobody was going to be exempt from the game. She wasn't expecting people to be amazing at playing it, but she did expect everyone to at least try.

"We'll split into two teams." Looking around, she realized that there wasn't much to split up into. "Umm, how about Caleb and...Fiona is it?" She looked down at the sheet of club member names. "And then Teddy and I will be the other team. So each team has a flag-" She handed one flag to Caleb and Fiona and kept the other for herself. "And you have to hide it. The object of the game is to try to steal the other team's flag and bring it back to your base, which is where you keep your own flag. Any questions?" Percy scanned the crowd to see if anyone had any confusion.

"I think Patrick has played this game before," Caleb said to his younger cousin. "Its hard to keep up with the sports he has played." Patrick loved sports and would play all kinds, he was the total opposite of Caleb. Caleb wasn't sure if he was going to like this game because he actually had to do things.

The game seemed simple enough, so Caleb didn't have any questions. Which was unlike him to not ask anything at all. "Sounds easy enough." Hopefully it was fun since Caleb didn't like physical activities. He wished he was more like Patrick and actually enjoyed doing things outside.

"Oh right," Fiona replied. Of course Patrick would know something like this. He now had to live like a muggle. She wrinkled her nose. "I hate sport. It's horribly dull and boring." And she was really bad at it. Gobstones was the only exception because it wasn't exactly a sport but even there she wasn't very good at it.

She nodded. "That's me. Caleb we get to team up." She loved that idea. "Hide the flag and capture your flag," she stated to the club leader to make sure she was clear on the instructions." Fiona turned to her cousin and lowered her voice. "Do you have any idea where we should hide it?"
