Beauxbatons Prefects!

Now that we have a decent amount of people in the palace the Ministers have decided that it about time that we start incorporating the schools prefects. For now there will only be one person from each house with the tittle and they have it until they graduate. These characters will have access to the new prefects commons/bathroom and will be in character allowed to hand out mild punishments for rule breaking. The handlers are not responsible for anything out of character with rule breakings, these jobs are strictly for in character purposes. Characters who are given this tittle are active and involved in the site on a regular basis, someone who we feel will be around enough to truly appreciate the tittle.
