Charming the Fifth Years

Serah was nervous. And anxious. The first day of Charms class. Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal. She knew all the kids in her year. But Serah was now taking her place with the big kids in their domain. Being in a fifth year Charms class was going to be rough.

Serah wasn't concerned about the work being harder. She was concerned about making friends.

So when Professor Boux introduced Serah to the class, she took the nearest empty seat without looking at anyone. She could feel eyes on her. Maybe someone would be nice and welcome her. But Serah assumed the worst.
