Come Sit By Me
Jude never had trouble fitting in, he always included himself into other people's conversations. Well, not always. But most of the time. He was excited to start Beauxbatons, it would be the first time he had been to France. He had gotten his letter while staying at his father's home. He was told that his father was away on a business trip to Paris but his father was actually meeting him at the pub. He juat dodnt know it yet. He thought he would have to go alone. But once he entered the pub, a huge smile formed on his face. "Dad!" He called as he rushed into the man's arms.
He spent some time talking to his dad but after a while, he told his son to go make some friends. He would catch up with him later when the young boy decided to go shopping. But in the mean time, he would spend his time trying to make at least one friend. He ordered himself a butterbeer and sat at an empty table in hopes that someone would approach him.

Re: Come Sit By Me
Heather was so upset that she hadn't run into Daniel. She was just hoping that he had been in a store. She sighed and headed into the Dragon with her brother and her brother's girlfriend. She decided to give them a little privacy and saw a boy sitting alone.
Heather strided over to him, her ponytail swinging slightly with every step. If Daniel wasn't here she needed to make some friends. "Hello!" Heather said cheerfully and plopped across from the boy. "I'm Heather and I'm a first year." She grinned broadly at him. "And you are?" Heather asked the other boy. She was wondering if he was also a first year mostly, but she was curious about him overall.

Re: Come Sit By Me
Just like he wanted, someone approached him. She had blonde hair like him, that had to mean they were going to be friends. Too bad their names didn't start with the same letter or they'd have to be best friends. "Hi!" He said in a cheerful voice. "I'm Jude." He had a thick Irish accent that sometimes was hard to understand. He took a sip of his butterbeer then set his glass back down.
"So, where do you come from?" He wondered where everyone came from, there were so many different people. He knew that there were many different places and he's seen a lot of places. He loved to travel whenever he could with his father.

"I'm from Manchester, England." Heather said proudly. "The best city in the whole U.K." Heather declared with a grin. "You haven't seen a brunette boy today have you? He'd be our age. Probably wearing glasses and with a young couple maybe?" She asked hopefully, maybe this boy had seen Daniel and could tell her where to go so she could be reunited with her best friend.
Heather was a little worried that Daniel didn't even remember their friendship. Though, she couldn't think like that and she needed to focus on the boy she was currently talking to. "Are you a first year at Beauxbatons to or is it just me here?"

"I don't think its the best city," he shrugged, his deep Irish accent showing. He liked his home city and it just so happened to be in the United Kingdom. "But everyone has their own opinions." He didn't agree with her at all but he wasn't about to start an argument with someone that could eventually be his friend. "You're the first person I've met so I haven't met your friend." He wished he could be more help but he couldn't.
"I'm sure you'll see him around though," he said reassuringly. "Oh yes, I am going to Beauxbatons." He was so excited tl go to the school that his father went to. He wanted to be just like his father, besides getting a divorce. He still believed his parents were in love and would get back together. "I'm very excited to join the school."

"I'm excited too. I want to play organized quidditch so badly. I hope I'm in Montagnard, so that I can beat my older brother. Plus, Cerisier loses every year. It's basically a tradition for them now. I don't think they've even won very many games at all. It's a shame, but not really. It'll be fun to kick Cerisier butt. If I'm in Montagnard. Plus, I have less of a chance of walking in on my brother and his girlfriend swallowing eachother's faces. I've walked in on them making out in a room before and it was a very, very, very traumatic experience for me." Heather rambled on occasionally staring down at her nails for any sign of possible damage.

Re: Come Sit By Me
Jude had heard about quidditch but he wasn't interested in trying out for the team. He'd rather watch than play. He listened as she rambled on, he wasn't sure what to say to what she was talking about. He hardly cared which house he'd be in, but it would be nice to be in the same house he father was in. He just nodded while she talked.
"I guess you should knock before entering a room," he chuckled. He wasn't sure what else to say. He should have gotten himself something to eat, he was starting to get hungry. He twiddled his thumbs.
